- Pumpkin Pulp – 300gm
- Sugar Candy – 20 gm
- Water – Desired Quantity
Preparation:
- Put the pumpkin in a juicer & extract the juice.
- Add desired quanity of sugar.
- Honey can be used instead of sugar, especially in case of obesity.
