Ingredients:
- Maize – 100gm
- Sago – 100 gm
- Finger millet – 100gm
- Barley – 100gm
- Millet – 100gm
- Rice – 100gm
- Wheat – 100gm
- Groundnut – 50gm
- Almonds – 50gm
- Pistachio – 50gm
- Cashew nut – 50gm
Preparation:
- Roast all the ingredients separately
- Make a fine powder of them
- Store in an air-tight container
- To 4 tsp of the malt powder, add 3 cups of water and cook
- Add milk and jaggery.
- Mix well and serve hot
