Ingredients:
- Oats Flakes ½ cup
- Water - 2 cups.
- Butter milk - ½ cup
- Onion (chopped) - 2 spoons
Preparation:
- Put the Oat flakes in boiling water and cook it for 5-7 minutes
- Add salt, buttermilk, and onions
- Mix well and serve

Ingredients:

- Palm sugar - 2 spoons
- Cardamom (powdered) - 2 pinches
Preparation:
- Put the Oat flakes in boiling water and cook it for 5-7 minutes
- Add palm sugar, milk, and cardamoms accordingly to taste
- Mix well and serve hot.
