Wheat Noodles

Ingredients:

  • Wheat noodles (dry) – 100 gm
  • Water - 5 cups
  • Tomato - 2
  • Onions - 2
  • Chilly - 1
  • Garlic - 6 – 10 cloves
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Pepper Powder - 1 Spoon
  • Cumin Powder - ¼ Spoon
  • Rock Salt - To taste
  • Olive Oil - 2 Spoons

Preparation:

  1. Cook the noodles in the water for 3-5 Minutes
  2. Drain the water
  3. Now rinse it in the cold running water. Keep aside
  4. Heat olive oil in a tawa
  5. Sauté chopped chilly, garlic and ginger
  6. Add chopped onions and tomatoes to it. Sauté well till soft
  7. Then add the cooked wheat noodles and salt
  8. Mix it well for few minutes
  9. Then add pepper powder and cumin powder to it. Mix well and serve hot.
