Cures running nose, cough and diphtheria Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Rock salt – 1 pinch
Warm water – Sufficient quantity Preparation:
Add a pinch of salt to the wheat flour and mix.
Gradually add warm water to the flour and knead the dough
Keep it aside for ½ an hour
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out individually into thin chapattis
You may use dry flour to dust the chapatti while rolling, to prevent the dough from sticking on the surface.
Then roast the chapatti on a smokeless flame directly
Roast it on both sides till it is cooked completely.
Smear a bit of ghee on both sides
Serve along with suitable soups or curries of choice.
