Ingredients:
- Barley flour – 2 cups
- Rock salt – 1 pinch
- Hot water – Sufficient quantity
Preparation:
- Roast the barley flour for few minutes.
- Gradually add warm water to the flour and knead the dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out individually into thin chapattis.
- Roast the chapatti on a heated pan, on both sides till it is cooked completely.
- Smear some ghee.
- It can be served along with suitable soups prepared with green gram.
