Ingredients:
- Chickpea flour – 2 cups
- Rock salt – 2 pinches
- Warm water – Desired quantity
Preparation:
- Roast the channa flour for few minutes.
- Gradually add warm water to the flour and knead the dough.
- Keep it aside for ½ an hour
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out individually into thin chapattis
- Roast the chapatti on a heated pan, on both sides till it is cooked completely.
- Smear some ghee.
