Ingredients:

  1. Rice flour – 50 gm
  2. Fenugreek seeds – 25 gm
  3. Onions. – 25 gm
  4. Green chilies – 2 nos
  5. Amaranth leaves – 30 gm
  6. Salt – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Make soft dough with fenugreek powder and rice flour.
  2. Add finely chopped onions, amaranth and green chilies to the dough
  3. Roll the dough into chapattis
  4. Toast on a pan made of mud (Sharav)
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney.
