Mixed Flour Roti

Indications:

It is suitable diet for

Ingredients:

  1. Wheat flour – 30 gm
  2. Pearl millet flour – 20 gm
  3. Chickpea flour – 5 gm
  4. Fenugreek leaves – 30 gm (chopped)
  5. Curry leaves – 5 sprigs (chopped)
  6. Green chilies – 1 no (chopped)
  7. Coriander leaves – 10gms(chopped)
  8. Turmeric – 1 pinch
  9. Chilly powder – 1 pinch.
  10. Curd – 20 gm
  11. Sesame oil – 1 spoon
  12. Rock salt – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Sieve wheat flour, chickpea flour and pearl millet flour
  2. Add other ingredients to it
  3. Add water and knead to make soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into equal balls
  5. Now, roll out the dough into chapattis.
  6. Roast till golden brown on both sides.
