Vegetable stuffed parathas

Ingredients:

  1. Wheat flour – 50 gm
  2. Capsicum – 20 gm
  3. Coriander leaves – 10 gm
  4. Carrots – 20 gm
  5. Beans – 10 gm
  6. Green gram dhal – 20 gm
  7. Onions – 10 gm
  8. Cabbage – 10 gm
  9. Plantain stem – 10 gm
  10. Sesame oil – ½ teaspoon

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the dough using wheat flour.
  2. Set aside for ½ hour.
  3. Cook and mash green gram dhal.
  4. Grate the vegetables and steam them for 5 minutes
  5. Mix the green gram and vegetables.
  6. Roll out a thin chapatti
  7. Stuff the chapatti with some vegetables
  8. Cover this layer with another thin chapatti.
  9. Cook on a pre-heated tawa on both sides till golden brown
