Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 50 gm
- Capsicum – 20 gm
- Coriander leaves – 10 gm
- Carrots – 20 gm
- Beans – 10 gm
- Green gram dhal – 20 gm
- Onions – 10 gm
- Cabbage – 10 gm
- Plantain stem – 10 gm
- Sesame oil – ½ teaspoon
Preparation:
- Prepare the dough using wheat flour.
- Set aside for ½ hour.
- Cook and mash green gram dhal.
- Grate the vegetables and steam them for 5 minutes
- Mix the green gram and vegetables.
- Roll out a thin chapatti
- Stuff the chapatti with some vegetables
- Cover this layer with another thin chapatti.
- Cook on a pre-heated tawa on both sides till golden brown
