Method :
- Rasam is prepared
- Vada is soaked in rasam and savoured
Preparation of Rasam :
Squeeze a small ball of tamarind in water and boil this mixture on a low flame. Add rock salt to it. Fry pepper and cumin seed and powder this mixture coarsely. Add it to the tamarind water and bring the mixture to boil. Add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves. Season with mustard seeds and asafetida.
