Preparation
Ingredients:
- Beetroot - 250 gm
- Sesame oil - 5 ml
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Rock salt - to taste
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Curry leaves - few
Method
Peel the skin of the beetroot. Cut it into small pieces, steam it and add rock salt and pepper Season with sesame oil, mustard and asafoetida. Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
