Add 10 drops to 2 tablespoons of Olive or almond oil – use in a massage to relieve tense muscles.
Add 2 drops to 4 cups of boiling water. Breathe in the scented steam while your head is covered with a towel. This gives relief from sinus headaches and cold. This should be used only twice a day.
