Ligament: Ligament is a fibrous connective tissue, which attaches one bone to other at a joint.Paraspinal muscles: It refers to muscles located next to the spine. They support the spine and are important for movement of the spine.
Tumor: A pathological tissue growth, characterized by uncontrolled multiplication of cells.
Neurologic testing: This is a diagnostic test conducted to assess motor and sensory functions such as hearing and speech, vision, co-ordination and balance, mental status, and changes in mood or behavior.
Chest wall: It represents the boundary of the thoracic cavity and provides rigid protection to the vital organs such as the heart and lungs.
Sensory-motor deficits: Represents problems in any sensory or motor senses such as loss of hearing, loss of sensation, improper gait, and paralysis of a limb or the entire body.
Thoracic disc herniation: A condition in which fibers from the intervertebral disc get damaged and protrude out from its normal space.
Spasm: A sudden, involuntary contraction of a muscle or a group of muscles.
Edema: Swelling caused by fluid retention in tissues.
Non-opioid analgesic: Pain medications for mild-to-moderate pain. E.g. ibuprofen, aspirin, Paracetamol
