Psoriasis: It is a non-infectious, inflammatory disease of the skin.Autoimmune disease: When the immune system mistakes self tissues (self antigens) as foreign antigen (nonself) and results in an inappropriate immune response, it results in an autoimmune disease.
Inflammatory: Inflammation is the reaction of living tissues to injury, infection or irritation. Inflamed tissues are characterized by pain, swelling, redness and heat. Anything that stimulates the inflammatory response is said to be inflammatory.
