Autosomal dominant trait: A pattern of inheritance in which an individual has one copy of a mutant gene and one normal gene

Camptodactyly: Permanently bent fingers

Dolichocephaly: Condition where head is longer relative to its width

Hypotonia: Poor muscle tone

Hypertelorism: Abnormally large distance between eyes

Macrocrania: A condition in which the head is abnormally large

Neuroblastoma: A form of cancer that starts in certain types of very primitive nerve cells found in an embryo or fetus

Palpebral fissure: The longitudinal opening between the eyelids

Pes planus: Flat foot

Philtrum: Vertical cleft above the lip
