Generally any drugs should be absolutely avoided this trimester as the organs of your baby develop during this period. Drugs can have harmful effects on the formation of the baby's organs and can lead to malformations.
If you are already on medication, immediately consult your doctor. For any of the symptoms that occur in this period consult your doctor.
