Lychee and Lime Syrup
Ingredients:
- 150 g/51/2 oz. castor sugar
- 50 ml/2fl oz. water
- 150 g/51/2 oz. fresh lychee fruits, peeled
- ½ lime, juice and zest only
Preparation:
Sugar and water are mixed in a saucepan over medium heat and removed from heat once the sugar has completely dissolved. Mix lychees, lime juice and lime zest in a bowl together. Add the sugar syrup to this mixture, mix well and serve.
