Raw, uncooked or grilled foods are high in minerals when compared with their cooked or fried counterparts. It is best to steam or poach fish and vegetables. Consume meat which is either grilled or baked to get maximum amount of minerals.

Always make sure that while consuming minerals, you do not take too much of the dose as high concentrations can lead to side effects especially if you are taking supplements.
