Appeal can be filed within 3 months but this period can be extended.
Panel of Medical Appeal Tribunal
The panel of Medical Appeal Tribunal consists of:
- Judicial member
- Doctor of concerned speciality
- Labour Leader
Return of Contribution is required to be submitted by the Employer.
No contribution by employee if wages less than Rs. 50/- per day

Hello I would like to know that when esic insured women can claim her cash benefits. As the expected date of the delivery is first week of April'18. I also visited the local esic office but they said they will claim after rejoining the organisation\. Is that true. Why I cannot get the cash benefits during my pregnancy. Kindly reply asap
