Naturopathy treatment, Acupressure, Acupuncture, experimental and unproven treatments/therapies
Under this clause naturopathy treatment, acupressure, Acupuncture, Magneto-therapy, Aromatherapy etc. treatments are not payable by Insurance.
Unproven scientific therapies or treatments such as CPAP and BiPAP machines used for treatment of Sleep Apnea disorder, Ozone therapy etc. are not reimbursed by Insurance.
External and/or durable Medical/Non-Medical equipment of any kind used for diagnosis and/or treatment including CPAP, CPAD, Infusion pump etc., ambulatory devices i.e. walker, crutches, belts, collars, caps, splints, slings, braces, stockings, elastocrepe, bandages, external orthopedic pads, subcutaneous insulin pump, diabetic footwear, glucometer, thermometer, alpha water-bed and similar related items etc., and also any medical equipment which is subsequently used at home etc.
