Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
- 1 medium sized banana
- Half cup low fat peanut butter
- Half cup non-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon of your favorite whey protein powder
- Ice cubes - 4 to 6
Directions: Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
Blueberry Protein Pancake
- A quarter cup of blueberries
- One third cup of oats
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of your favorite whey protein
- 4 egg whites
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients and make it into a smooth batter.
- Medium heat a pan.
- Pour in the batter and cook pancake till golden brown on each side.
- Serve.
