Glaucoma: A type of optic nerve involvement that is most commonly due to a rise in intraocular pressure that may occur due to a variety of causes.Slit lamp: An illuminated biomicroscope that allows both slit and focal examination of various parts of the eye.
Visual acuity: The sharpness of vision, the ability of the eye to distinguish detail.
Visual field test: The test assesses the entire area which can be seen by the eye without shifting the gaze.
Fundoscopy: Examination of the retina.
Gonioscopy: A test to view the angle between the iris and the cornea.
