Middle Ear Ossicles: Three tiny bones in the middle ear, namely, malleus, incus and stapes
Otosclerosis: Abnormal growth in the middle ear bone disrupting sound transmission
Stapedectomy: A surgical procedure that involves removal of the stapes bone
Stapedotomy: A procedure in which an opening is made in the stapes bone for inserting a prosthesis
