Electrodes: An electric conductor used to disperse electric signals or receive electric signals for measurement.Cochlea: A snail-shell shaped structure of the inner ear that contains the organ of hearing.
Sensorineural Hearing Loss: A type of hearing impairment caused by the damaged sensory organ (cochlea) or the auditory nerve.
Auditory Training: Formal training using hearing and listening activities with an aim to optimize sound identification and speech perception.
Speech and Language Therapy: Therapy that involves identification, evaluation and correction of speech and language disorders caused by various sensory, motor or neurological disorders.
