Standing Mountain

Steps:

  1. Stand with your feet slightly apart.
  2. Bring your arms to your chest as in prayer.
  3. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
  4. Inhale as you lift your arms over your head by slightly bending the back.
  5. Exhale and return to the original position by standing straight and keeping the hands at the center of the chest.
