Cisplatin is prescribed for treating breast cancer, head and neck cancer, esophageal cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, testicular cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer, mesothelioma, brain tumor. Cisplatin is also used in Auger therapy; a radiation therapy used to treat cancer.
