Symptoms- Onset of symptoms may mimic several other disease of the Lower Urinary Tract. Signs & Symptoms include Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS), Urinary Retention, Fever, Dysuria & Frequency, Leucocytosis, Leucocyturia and Purulent Urethral Discharge.
Treatment - Administration of broad spectrum antibiotics, absolute blood sugar control and internal / per rectal drainage.
