My name is Anita Ramesh. I have completed my Masters in Applied Psychology with Specialisation in Clinical Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. I did my undergraduate studies in BSc. Psychology from Women's Christian College. I have completed a CBT Practitioner Online Course. I am currently doing an application based Comprehensive REBT Course. There is a lot of stigma around mental health in India. I believe that counselling is nothing to be ashamed of, but rather an opportunity to be more empowered and deal with life more effectively.
