Hello there !I am Mrs T.uma maheswari MSc food science and nutrition graduate and also a Certified (sports nutritionist) Since becoming a dietitian in 2015 I have worked to provide tailored nutrition coaching and sustainable life changing services for my client I truly believe in an everything in moderationâl approach and encourage clients to ditch the diet mentality and enjoy real, whole foods and yes, that includes dessert
