i have completed my B.Pharm...but yet my original degree has not come.can i have licence on basis of provisional certificate..

i want to know that after being registered as a registerd pharmacist can i give my licence to any person who is interestd in opening a pharmaceutical plant/firm on rent basis or it can be only given go the person intersted to open a medical shop.

i have experiance of 25 years in a hospital in disturbuting medicines can i apply for registeration to open a medical shop in my local town.as per below mentioned para
(d) has been engaged in the compounding of drugs in a hospital or dispensary or other place in which drugs are regularly dispensed on prescriptions of medical practitioners for a total period of not less than five years prior to the date notified under sub-section (2) of section 30.
