Interns are expected to submit their application form and these are screened by a panel of experts to match the requirement of the organization with the requirement of the candidate.
Language Skills
Written and spoken proficiency in English or Hindi.
Remuneration
MedIndia pays interns a stipend during the period of internship, which begins from 2nd month of internship. The payment policy was adopted to understand the commitment of intern. However if the intern performs exceptionally well, they maybe paid a bonus cash reward at the end of their internship and this compensate for any initial loss.
On completion of the internship period a certificate is issued. If the candidate choses to continue working with MedIndia, the candidate's performance is evaluated and a permanent employment salary structure is offered.
Duration
The time duration for internship is generally from 3 to 6 months and only in exceptional circumstances this may be shortened or extended.
Qualification
Content Writing intern should have either a minimum of B.Sc in any health sciences subject or BDS, MBBS, BHMS, BPT or B.E (Bio-Medical, Bio-Engineering) or B.Pharm, D.Pharm, LLB or B.A in English Literature / Journalism with a passion and enthusiasm for writing. If there are two candidates competing and one post then if any of the candidates having post-graduation would be preferred.
