Dr.Ejaz Ahmed Sheriff, M.S., DNB, M.Ch, MRCS(Edinburg), FRCS(Glasgow), FRCS CTh is a Senior Consultant Cardiac Surgeon (Adult & Pediatric), Institute of Cardio-Vascular Diseases, The Madras Medical Mission, Chennai in Tamil Nadu. He has performed more than 4000 Adult and Pediatric cardiac surgical procedures. He has five publications in International Journals and 28 presentations in National and International Conferences. He is involved in teaching and training of Diplomate of National Board (Cardiothoracic surgery) residents under the National Board of Examinations, Ministry of Health, India from 2011 onwards. He has been awarded the Dr. Susheela Santhosham Memorial Gold Medal for proficiency in Cardiothoracic Surgery 1998 - Awarded by the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (Madras University), Madras, India.
