I have experience of working in family welfare court (Part of Chennai High court ) and Mental health centre called 104 and National disaster management authority & Chennai corporation (During Covid)..Also I am working as a view more..Industrial /Corporate Psychologist where i am handling many clients and supports to improve their Emotional well being (e.g) stress ,anxiety ,addiction etc. There is a lot of stigma around mental health in India. I believe that counselling is nothing to be ashamed of, but rather an opportunity to be more empowered and deal with life more effectively.[shrink]
