Vinflunine
Vinflunine generic Vinflunine is prescribed to treat metastatic (cancer that has spread to other body parts) or advanced bladder cancer and cancer of the urinary tract in adult patients. Vinflunine is used only in patients who have already been treated with platinum-containing medications but showed a loss of response to vinflunine or treatment failure. Vinflunine is a vinca alkaloid that works by attacking the cell structure and preventing the cell division, thereby arresting the growth of cancer cells through multiplication.

Talazoparib generic Talazoparib capsules are prescribed to treat either locally advanced breast cancer or breast cancer that has spread to other body parts in adult patients with known or suspected specific gene (gBRCA) mutations. Patients who are selected for talazoparib treatment should not be treated with more than 3 chemotherapy regimen previously. Talazoparib works by blocking the action of a particular enzyme (PARP) that is involved in numerous cellular responses.

Ixazomib works by selectively inhibiting the actions of a specific protein thus arresting the growth of cancer cells.
