Dandy Walker Syndrome is a congenital brain malformation that involves the cerebellum (an area at the back of the brain that controls movement) and the fluid-filled spaces around it. Complete absence of cerebellar vermis, the part of the brain located between the two cerebellar hemispheres is the key feature of the syndrome.

Slower motor development
Progressive enlargement of the skull
For older Children:
Vomiting
Convulsions
Abnormal functioning of the cerebellum may occur
Unsteadiness
Lack of muscle coordination
Jerky movements of the eyes
Increased head circumference
Bulging at the back of the skull
Problems with the nerves that control the eyes, face and neck
Abnormal breathing patterns
Usually accompanied with malformations of the heart, face, limbs, fingers and toes
Absence of corpus callosum (bundle of axons that connect the two cerebral hemispheres)
