Presence of multiple polyps in the colon along with tumors outside the colon is the prominent feature of Gardner's syndrome. Extracolonic tumors can occur as osteotomas of the skull, cancer of thyroid, epidermoid cysts and fibromas. Desmoid tumors are also common in this condition.
Cause(s) : Genetics, Inherited in an autosomal dominant manner.

Development of extra teeth
Development of cysts under the skin on various parts of the body
