Cause(s) : Parasites such as Strongyloides Stercoralis, Dirofilaria immitis
Drug-Induced due to drugs like antimicrobials, anticonvulsants, anti-inflammatories, etc
Symptoms : Symptoms related to:
Parasitic infection
Fever and body pain
Cough, wheezing, dyspnea
Drug-induced pulmonary eosinophilia
Dry cough, breathlessness
Fever

Differential CBC count
Stool examination
Immunoglobin E level
Analysis of sputum or gastric lavages
Bronchoalveolar lavage
Chest X-ray
Chest CT scan
