Storyline : Joel is stunned to discover that his girlfriend Clementine has had her memories of their tumultuous relationship erased out 9of her mind by a psychiatric process. So he also thinks he should forget all about Clementine and their life together. So, he contracts Dr. Howard Mierzwaik, the inventor of this procedure to help him, but as Joel's memories progressively disappear, he begins to rediscover their earlier passion. So Joel attempts to escape this procedure from the deep recesses of his brain. It is finally found that though Dr. Mierzwiak and his team try their best to erase his memories, he just cannot forget his girlfriend Clementine
