Storyline : Frankie & Alice, a psychological drama directed by Geoffrey Sax is a story inspired by the incidents in the life of Frankie, a popular black go-go dancer of the 70's. Frankie (Berry) suffers from multiple personality disorder. Her disorder is the result of an emotionally trying incident in her childhood which has left an indelible imprint on her psyche. Frankie has two alter egos, a child called Genius and a white racist woman called Alice. It is with Alice that Frankie has constant struggles. The story narrates how Frankie gets help from her psychiatrist, Dr. Oz (Stellan Skarsgård) who helps ease her into a normal life.
