Storyline : The film, The Reader is another World War 2 movie that touches upon various historical aspects of the war, like the Holocaust and the trials that followed after the war. The story mainly revolves around a teenage boy and a lady in her mid thirties and the relationship they share. Their relationship eventually comes to an end at some point and the boy finds her again many years later when he has become a lawyer and comes to know many things abut her that he never knew previously. The boy later becomes more compassionate towards her, even after he finds her involvement in the killing of many Jew’s and tries to help her in overcoming her fears while she is in jail and transforms her life completely, before she dies tragically in the end by killing herself.
