Storyline : Language: English. Charlie Baileygates, a sweet natured fellow a Rhode Island State Police trooper is a split personality. He turns confrontational only when someone or something pushes him far enough. After Charlie developed a split personality the colonel forces Charlie to escort Miss Irene Waters wanted by the upstate New York police to her home town. When Charlie discovers she's going to be murdered he helps her to flee back to the safety of his own jurisdiction. Yes, her evil corrupt ex-boyfriend Dickie Thurman along with his associates who plans to murder her thinking she knew all about their evil doings.
