Storyline : In 1898 Cuba, U.S. Troops who survived the Spanish- American War, started to die of a strange disease Yellow Jack also known as yellow fever. Walter Reed was a member of the army medical corps, who was sent specifically to find a cure for the fever. He went to Cuba with his team and struggled to find the cause of infection and also to overcome the governmental interference. Montgomery was a sergeant in the medical corps and he along with four of his men readied themselves to expose to the yellow fever to prove a theory that a certain mosquito spread the disease. Without these volunteers, probably millions would have died.
