Though the technical glitches of last year seem to persist, the administration will see that they are ironed out as they appear.

2 Hours After Launch the Washington Health Exchange Faced Technical Glitches
A technical glitch forced Washington state health-insurance exchange staff to shut down the exchange's official website after 2 hours after the launch.
Washington Healthplanfinder's official website had been opened for business for the second open enrollment, under the Affordable Care Act also known as Obamacare.

A couple of hours later, the website staff had shut it down due to technical issues – it was miscalculating the tax credits for plans sold on the site. As tax credit calculations are very important for the utility of the system the temporary shutdown frustrated many potential buyers.

It could not have wrong calculations which are based on the applicant’s income so that premiums are affordable after subsidies.

The enrollment period will be open till the 15th of February 2015.
