A 72 year old man, languishing in a London hospital, purposefully, for nearly three years without any actual need for medical assistance, has been ordered by the High court to leave the hospital.
A 72 year old man, languishing in a London hospital, purposefully, for nearly three years without any actual need for medical assistance, has been ordered by the High court to leave the hospital.
Mr X, as he is known, was given an eviction order which stipulated that he leave Finchley Memorial Hospital in north London within 14 days. Along with the order of eviction, he was also slapped with a charge of £10,000 to cover the cost incurred for eviction attempts.
