After undergoing a double mastectomy following her breast cancer diagnosis last year, pop star Anastacia has revealed that she is loving life.

The 'Heavy on my Heart' hit maker, who was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003, told Sky News that she chose to take the road less travelled by having surgery because it meant the end of cancer and it felt right for her.
