Airlines Must Provide Changed Menu to Passengers With Nut Allergy
A specialist has pointed a finger to the airlines of endangering the lives of passengers with nut allergies and elevating their risk of life threatening events.
According to allergy specialist, Dr Jane Lucas, the airlines must be sensitive to these critical needs of customers. Airlines do not implement a changed menu for passengers with nut allergies, according to the specialist.

"Policies available or explained to staff may not be implemented in practice, special meals are often not available or suitable for the particular passenger and flight crews don't always remember or implement the company's best practice,” said The study's co-author Hazel Gowland.
