An American woman suffered a rare phenomenon in which she forgot about her first wedding but remarried her husband 10 months later.

An American woman suffered a rare phenomenon in which she forgot about her first wedding but remarried her husband 10 months later.
Amanda Karth, 27, from Florida had tied the knot with Cody Karth 10 months ago but on her wedding nightsuffered a rare heart phenomenon called Broken Heat Syndrome, in which the heart became dysfunctional, the Daily Mail reported.

Recalling the incident, her husband Cody Karth said he woke up to see his new wife struggling to breathe.

"I just grabbed her, saying, What's wrong? What's wrong? What's wrong" the report quoted him as saying.

She passed out on the bed and her husband moved her body to the floor and administered Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) praying to keep her alive.

CPR is an emergency manual procedure to deliver oxygen and artificial blood circulation to a person who is in cardiac arrest.

Amanda was shocked back to life and rushed to the hospital by the medical staff. She remained unconscious for four days.

Although she recovered but couldn't remember a single moment of her wedding day. "I don't remember the wedding day at all," Amanda said.

After hearing her story, a news magazine "Inside Edition" invited the couples' friends, family, and even the medical staff who shocked her back to life for a recreation of their wedding day.

"It was fabulous. It was everything you could ever want in a wedding and it was the best day of my life," Cody Karth told the Inside Edition magazine.
