R&B singer Amy Winehouse has vowed that she will never return to rehab because she missed being with her family and friends.

R&B singer Amy Winehouse has vowed that she will never return to rehab because she missed being with her family and friends.

The troubled singer has been taking time out from her career after her two short stints in rehab.

The 24-year-old, who landed up in rehab for her addiction to drugs, owes her new life to her friends and families.

"I didn't enjoy rehab. I don't want to go back. I missed my friends and my mum and dad. They are the ones that are there for me. I have been doing better now and that's because of my friends,” Contactmusic quoted Winehouse, as saying.

Winehouse is a two-time Ivor Novello Award winner for her debut single in 2004 ‘Stronger than Me’ and 2007 first single ‘Rehab’.

She also won a BRIT Award for Best British Female Artist.
