The study says sweeteners induce the body to think it is about to get a rush of calories and when that does not happen, people are bound to get hungry and overeat.Some of the low-fat culprits include breakfast bars, smoothies, salads and low-fat muffins.
So people who think low calorie means low-fat think again - you may actually be inviting flab.
